INTRODUCTION :

In a world of man made divisions and dissipation, there is compulsive need for the church leaders and Mission Leaders to come together on a common platform, forgetting all the differences, to serve the Lord Jesus Christ, and it called to be one in Christ unity is the crying need of the church. Devoid of denominational, cultural, social and economical differences, the churches called to unite, shedding all the man made differences. God called for spiritual renewal, there by we can be used as His actors under his Directorship to bring total transformation in the life and witness of the church. Each one is divinely proposed to love each other. Without love no one is a Christian. Love binds, encourages, strengthens, forgives and heals.

In a world of corruption and injustice, God wants each believer to stand with sanctity and Integrity. God's desire is that justice should flow like a river and the righteous be an ever flowing stream. God's purpose for us is that we should act justly, love our enemies and walk humbly with God. We as Christians should accept each other and show our solidarity and sympathy to others.

We are entrusted with great responsibility by our Lord Jesus Christ to proclaim the Gospel to all creatures. Today in our country, life is not secure, social life is corrupted, political situation is not favorable, spiritual life is under constant threat. The economic status of the people is miserable. The hopeless living under the tree and on the Roadside, will probably number thousands! The hungry and thirsty, the diseased, the helpless with no one to care for them, are many! There is exploitation, injustice, crime, violence, chaos, tears and sorrow in every nook and corner!

We are the chosen people of God to bring the good news to the suffering people. Only the Lord Jesus can bring changes in the life of people! Jesus Christ is the hope for their millennium!

Help us to make our nation a fruit bearing nation!

Everyone wants to be fruitful and successful in his ministry. How is it possible? Paul writes very clearly to the Colossian Church - how the Colossian church would be successful and fruitful?

Paul talks about 4 qualities of a pastor or leader in Colossians 1:10.

1. We should try to walk worthy of the Lord, in other words what is our standard of Christian living in their world?
2. We should please God in all our activities.
3. We have to be faithful to the Lord in our ministry and thus he fruitful.
4. We should give importance or first priority to word of God in our lives.

Is it a mere word of God or the power of the living God?

"To be a successful before God watch yourself rather than watching what others were doing".
